Ramzan Siren Reviews: Why Masjids Choose the Original ABR e-Siren

Electronic masjid siren · since 2018
The ABR e-Siren is the original Ramzan Siren: an electronic siren made only for masaajid to announce Sehri and Iftar. It plugs into the amplifier you already have. No motor, no climbing the minar, no electrician.
01 · The weigh-in
Traditional sirens spin heavy metal discs with a motor to push air. The e-Siren makes the same Hi-Lo wail electronically, and lets your amplifier do the shouting.
2,200 watts
Each dot is one e-Siren running. A single 3 HP motor siren draws as much power as 440 of them.
02 · Installation
The unit stays indoors next to your amplifier. Nobody climbs the terrace or the minar, this year or any other year.
Plug the supplied audio cable into the input of the amplifier your masjid already uses for the azan.
Any power outlet will do, including the one on your inverter or UPS. It draws less than a mobile charger.
The Hi-Lo wail plays through every minar horn connected to the amplifier. Keep the amplifier input low for the cleanest sound.

A Ramzan Siren is the siren a masjid sounds in Ramadan to tell the neighbourhood that Sehri has ended and that it is time for Iftar. The ABR e-Siren is the original electronic Ramzan Siren: instead of a heavy motor on the minar, it plays the siren through the masjid's own amplifier and horn speakers.
The ABR e-Siren (masjid siren) produces a distinctive wail that alternates in an unbroken Hi-Lo tone — the slow, piercing "wooooOOOOooee" modulation people know from civil-defence sirens. It is engineered for clarity, so the Sehri and Iftar signal is recognised instantly.
Traditional sirens use two perforated metal disks spun by a heavy motor to push air. The e-Siren is not a mechanical device at all: it is a fully electronic, microprocessor-controlled variable-frequency sound device. Volume is adjustable on your amplifier, there are no moving parts, it is 100% maintenance-free and saves more than 99% power compared with air-raid motor sirens.
The e-Siren is an electronic device designed exclusively for masjids, to be used during the holy month of Ramadan to announce Sehri and Iftar. It was invented in 2018 by Dr. Abdul Rahman (The ABR).
Yes! The ABR e-Siren is 100% made in India, created by a proud Indian researcher, Dr. Abdul Rahman, in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The process and facility of the ABR e-Siren use CE, FCC, RoHS and ISO compliant materials and components, and the product is made to ISO, ISI, BIS & RoHS standards. Every unit must pass multi-layered QC tests before it reaches you.
The ABR e-Siren is rated 5V DC, 300 mA to 1 Amp (< 5W) — less than the mobile charger you use every day. A 3 HP motor siren draws about 2,200 W, so the e-Siren saves more than 98% (up to 99.99%) of the power.
It is a simple plug 'n' play device: connect the audio cable to your masjid amplifier / sound system and the power cable to a power outlet. Keep the amplifier's input volume at a lower level — you get the best siren sound and your amplifier stays healthy for a long time.
*Lifetime warranty means 2 seasons of Ramadan during which any fault or manufacturing defect is replaced free of cost. After that, a minimum charge applies (up to ₹300) and the product is still replaced for life. Faulty units are replaced at our Hyderabad service centre only; the warranty card and packaging box are required. Warranty is void if the seal is tampered or broken, or the device is physically damaged or burnt by mishandling. Please register your e-Siren online right after purchase.
The e-Siren service centre is just a call away — dial 8500536007. Our technical executive will guide you and troubleshoot on the call. If the device has an issue, send it to our service centre in Hyderabad for replacement.
The e-Siren plays through your existing masjid amplifier and minar horn speakers, so it reaches as far as your azan already reaches. More horns or a stronger amplifier mean wider coverage.
No. No wiring, no technician and no electrician are required. The unit stays indoors next to your amplifier — nobody has to climb the terrace or minar every year to fix a siren.
Yes. With a rating of only 5V DC, 300 mA to 1 Amp (< 5W), the e-Siren runs comfortably on the masjid's inverter or UPS along with the amplifier — unlike a heavy motor siren.
We ship with all-India express delivery. Orders usually reach you in 3–4 days. You can track your order any time in the Client Space.
Order online on the product page, or call / WhatsApp 8500536007 and our team will help you place the order.
Yes. The e-Siren feeds the input of your amplifier, so every horn speaker connected to that amplifier plays the siren together.
