Before you call
What is the conditional lifetime* warranty?
*Lifetime warranty means 2 seasons of Ramadan during which any fault or manufacturing defect is replaced free of cost. After that, a minimum charge applies (up to ₹300) and the product is still replaced for life. Faulty units are replaced at our Hyderabad service centre only; the warranty card and packaging box are required. Warranty is void if the seal is tampered or broken, or the device is physically damaged or burnt by mishandling. Please register your e-Siren online right after purchase.
How do we reach the service centre if there is an issue?
The e-Siren service centre is just a call away — dial 8500536007. Our technical executive will guide you and troubleshoot on the call. If the device has an issue, send it to our service centre in Hyderabad for replacement.
How long does delivery take?
We ship with all-India express delivery. Orders usually reach you in 3–4 days. You can track your order any time in the Client Space.
